Terms of Service
1. Who We Are
Cabyl is a product of Infynext Global Tech Solutions LLP (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its principal place of business at Registered Office: #43-20-26/C, Venkata Raju Nagar, Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam – 530016, Andhra Pradesh, India.
“Cabyl” is a product name, not a separate legal entity. All obligations under these Terms are obligations of Infynext Global Tech Solutions LLP.
2. What Cabyl Is
Cabyl is a digital billing and collections platform for cable TV operators and their subscribers in India. The platform consists of:
- Cabyl operator console — a web application used by cable operators and their field agents to manage subscriber connections, billing, dues collection, and reporting.
- Cabyl Customer app — a mobile application (available on Android) that allows cable subscribers to view their outstanding dues, payment history, receipts, and raise support requests. The app is available in English and Telugu. The Cabyl Customer app does not process payments — it shows payment history recorded by the operator.
Cabyl does not provide cable television services. It provides the software platform that cable operators use to manage their billing and collections operations.
3. Account Provisioning — No Self-Registration
Subscriber accounts on the Cabyl platform are created exclusively by cable operators. Subscribers cannot register themselves. If you attempt to log in with a phone number that has not been registered by your cable operator, you will receive an “account not found” response.
Similarly, operator and agent accounts are provisioned by the Company or by a designated super-administrator. There is no public sign-up flow for operators or agents.
By using the Cabyl Customer app or the operator console, you confirm that your account was legitimately provisioned by an authorised party.
4. The Billing Relationship
The billing and collections relationship — including dues amounts, payment schedules, service plans, and subscription terms — is solely between the cable operator and the subscriber. Infynext Global Tech Solutions LLP provides the Cabyl platform as a tool for operators to conduct that relationship; we are not a party to any individual billing agreement between an operator and their subscriber.
If you have a dispute about a payment amount, subscription plan, or service delivered, you should contact your cable operator directly. Infynext Global Tech Solutions LLP cannot intervene in billing disputes between operators and their subscribers.
Cabyl does not collect payments from subscribers on behalf of operators. Any payment records visible in the Cabyl Customer app reflect transactions recorded by the operator.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Cabyl or any part of the platform to:
- Access, tamper with, or use data belonging to any subscriber, operator, or agent other than yourself.
- Attempt to circumvent authentication, tenancy controls, or any other security mechanism.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or any connected system.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform in a manner that imposes unreasonable load or extracts data beyond your own records.
- Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Indian law or applicable local law, including any purpose that would violate the rights of any person.
- Impersonate another person, operator, or agent, or otherwise misrepresent your identity or authority.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or operator who violates these acceptable use requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
The Cabyl platform — including its software, source code, design, trademarks, service marks, logos, and documentation — is the proprietary property of Infynext Global Tech Solutions LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Cabyl platform or any Infynext Global Tech Solutions LLP intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Cable operators retain ownership of the subscriber and business data they enter into the Cabyl platform. By entering data into the platform, operators grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of operating the Cabyl service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Cabyl platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or data displayed through the platform.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infynext Global Tech Solutions LLP, its partners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Cabyl platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Because Cabyl is currently offered to subscribers at no direct charge, and to operators under a separate commercial agreement, this cap may result in our liability being zero in the case of subscriber claims.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Cabyl platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine (in our reasonable judgment) that:
- You have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your cable operator’s account has been terminated or suspended, whether by the operator’s own action or by us.
- Continued access poses a security or legal risk to the platform or other users.
Cable subscribers whose access is suspended because their operator’s account is terminated should contact their cable operator for information about their subscription.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify operators (for example, by displaying a notice in the operator console or contacting operators at the email address they have registered with us).
Your continued use of the Cabyl platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Cabyl platform is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
